With the nose job from a few weeks ago (also known a s a !!!error: Indecipherable SUB-paragraph formatting!!! ) . Stopped to take this in the parking garage last w eek when I was walking up to it just because it put a smile on my face.

Yes, if I remember correctly they were an optional wheel on the early models. These were on it when I bought the E28 last year.

I love the way the flat roof and beltline on these Bimmers works. The wheel choice is spot on too.

That looks great! In my .5 seconds of research it seems like there isn’t a great way to completely ditch the bumper on the E28 so I’d have done the same thing you did here. Nice work!

After some research they’re style 33s off of an E39, not sure when. Never seen them on an E28 and I have to say, they look pretty great.

Thanks. Euro bumpers are an option, and they are available for a price (good sets are generally in the $1500 range). That is 20% of what I paid for the E28, so not really into that investment now.

Thanks! She is a solid runner and the paint is great at this distance. Get within 5 feet and it is less so...but I’m slowly working on it.
